comienza<\/h4><div class=\"eae-tl-content-innner\"><p>El programa de telemedicina nace cuando varios miembros y especialistas m\u00e9dicos de MSF se unen para desarrollar la primera plataforma de telemedicina de MSF como un proyecto piloto. un proceso de selecci\u00f3n y MSF Canad\u00e1 result\u00f3
